This one off lesson plan is intended for teachers who get called up to teach PE/Sport for the day. If there is a plan, amazing follow the regular teachers plan. But quite often there is no plan left. Sometimes there is no access to equipment or it is too hard to locate. This plan requires zero equipment.

I never like the unknown and would prefer to be organised in case. Takes the anxiety out of walking into the unknown. I am prepared as best I can.

This plan works on gross motor activities and is suitable for grades 1 through 6.
