Ideas for Using Alphabet Word Walls

• Print, laminate and hang around the classroom. Using a whiteboard marker, add new words for students to refer to when writing. The uppercase and lowercase letters will provide a reference for children to follow correct writing.
• Print and add images of things that start with that letter. Laminate and display in the room.
• Print and have students find images in magazines to add to the poster before laminating.
• Display on IWB and insert images that start with that letter.
