Looking for a fun game to engage your kindergarteners when learning about graphing and data? Want to practice comparing numbers 0–10 and adding within 20? Come and check out this free "Roll and Graph" activity for your math stations or math center.

What you can expect:

• Students will roll a die and record their result. They will use the provided recording grid to do so. They can also make predictions before the game about which symbol is going to win.
• Students roll the die and check the box above the symbol they rolled. The first symbol with 10 checks wins.
• Students record the result of the game. Firstly, they write the numerals down under the symbols. Then they compare the checks the items received (worksheet 1) . Next, they use the number of checks for each symbol to add the numbers together (worksheet 2). You have then the choice of a worksheet where students will add a ten frame with buses and the checks the school items received (worksheet 3) or add tally marks and the checks the items received (worksheet 4). Last, students will subtract the checks the school items received from a number between 10-20 (worksheets 5 and 6).
• Student also can practice finding a missing addend by using the provided 10 frames and counters
