What is included in this resource? This resource consists of 30 low prep, different Write and Wipe math strips that allows you to use the strips as a whole class set. Your students simply count on from the first number in the strip to fill in all the circles. All strips focus on the skill of counting off the decade . Using these write and wipe strips your students will consolidate counting off the decade all the way to 100. Students who are still consolidating their counting on skills can simply wipe off any errors once printouts are laminated. What Prep is involved? Once you have downloaded the file, print it out on paper. I like to laminate the cards so that they can be kept and used over and over again in my classrooms. Alternatively use a plastic sheet to cover the page and students can use a whiteboard marker to fill out the missing numbers. When printed out there will be three strips to a page. Simply laminate and then cut on the line guide provided. 30 strips means these can be used as a class set. I like to store my cards in ice-cream containers or a zip lock bag for easy pack away at the end of the maths group rotations. When will I use these cards in my classroom?
