In this activity children practise counting Australian coins. This pack includes 26 easy-prep cards featuring amounts up to $5 and a recording worksheet.

This resource is perfect as a maths small group task. To prepare, simply print the cards and laminate if desired. Each card is folded and secured with a peg or clip. Children choose a card, count the coins and record the amount. They unclip the card to check their answer! Choose to use the recording worksheet included, or provide mini whiteboards as an alternative.
