I have handlettered and designed these 10 different positive self-affirmations.

I got frustrated with the, quite frankly, super feminine affirmation activities I was seeing around, so I thought I'd make some of my own.

You can use them as a straight mindful colouring in, or use them as a base for adding texture with zen doodles etc. (I'd suggest using different coloured markers, so the design can really pop!)

I'd love to see what you create with these. I really enjoyed making them.
