Description
Teach the first 8 lessons of Stage 2 PDHPE Unit 4 with one ready-to-project PowerPoint that covers water safety, sun safety, respectful relationships and connection to Culture.
This student-facing slide deck supports the theory (PDH) component of the unit, with 224 slides across 8 complete lessons and 2 consolidation activities. Every lesson follows the same rhythm – learning intention and success criteria, key language, explicit teaching, discussion with click-to-reveal answers, a student task, a challenge and a concluding check – so students always know what they are learning and why.
Students begin with key water safety behaviours, safety signs and flags, changing conditions and safe rescue. They then learn how Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek, Slide protects their skin and eyes and create their own sun safety messages. The middle lessons focus on similarities and differences, intimidation, inclusion and taking safe action as an upstander, and the final lessons explore bush foods and how connection to Culture supports identity and belonging.
