This program is designed to help students from 8 to 12 years old manage the behaviour they exhibit when angry. I have successfully used these strategies over many years when the student (and sometimes, their families) are motivated to do something about the behaviour that interferes with learning. This program is not about punishment. It is about self-awareness and developing self-discipline. That is not to say that there isn't a place for the consequences of misbehaviour. It simply means that consequences don't always result in better behaviour choices. When behaviour persists, despite consequences, this program may help.
