Bring your whole TPT store across in minutes. Enter your store link, review your products with categories already matched to TeachBuySell, and import. Products you already have on TeachBuySell are detected and left untouched, so you can import again any time. To access the import tool, you'll first need to complete a quality review by publishing your first listing.

How It Works
- Find your store. Paste your TPT store link. We confirm your store name and product count instantly.
- Fetch. We collect your products directly from TPT. This usually takes under a minute.
- Review. Your products appear in a table with TeachBuySell categories pre-filled. Most products need no changes at all. Anything we couldn't match automatically is flagged for you.
- Import. Draft listings are created with titles, descriptions, prices, thumbnails and preview files.
- Publish. Add your resource files to each draft and publish.
Step 1: Start the Import
- Sign into your TeachBuySell account.
- Select Import from TPT from the Manage Listings page (requires verification).
- Paste your TPT store link, for example
https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/store/your-store-name. - Check the price adjustment rate. At the default 45%, a $4.00 USD product becomes $5.80 AUD. You can change any price individually later.
- Click Get my products.
Step 2: Review Your Products
Everything happens on the page. There is no CSV and no email to wait for.
- Needs attention filter: shows only products where TPT didn't provide enough detail, for example a missing subject. Fix one and we'll offer to apply the same fix to every other product with the same gap in one click.
- Edit selected: tick any products and set subjects, year levels, resource types, prices or anything else across all of them at once.
- Find and replace: swap one category value for another across your whole import, or clean up text in titles and descriptions.
- Don't import: untick products you want to leave behind.
Products already on TeachBuySell (matched by a previous import or by identical title) are shown with a link to the existing listing and are never changed by an import. If TPT has newer details for one of them, open the existing listing and update it yourself.
Step 3: Import
- Click Import.
- Watch progress on the page, or leave. We'll email you a summary when it's done.
- If anything fails, you'll see exactly which listings and can retry them with one click.
Step 4: Add Resource Files and Publish
Imported listings are drafts. For each one:
- Download your resource from TPT (we can't transfer files you sell there).
- Drag and drop the file into the listing's Files & Previews tab.
- Give the listing a quick once-over and publish.
