Everything on TeachBuySell is a digital download. Once you have bought a resource, the files are yours to keep, in My Downloads, for as long as your account exists.
No returns
Because a download cannot be given back, we do not accept returns, and we do not refund a purchase for change of mind, a duplicate purchase, or a resource that turned out not to suit your class. Every listing shows a preview, the year levels, the file types and the number of pages, so please check those before you buy.
If something is wrong with a resource
If a file will not open, is missing, or is clearly not what the listing describes, that is a different matter. Contact us within 14 days of the purchase with the order and the problem, and we will sort it out: usually by getting the seller to fix the file, and if that cannot happen, by refunding the purchase.

Free resources
A free resource is claimed, not bought, so there is nothing to refund. If a free file is broken, let us know and we will chase it up with the seller.
For sellers
Buyers cannot return your resources, and you are never charged a return fee. When we refund a faulty or misdescribed purchase, that sale is reversed and its payout comes out of your next one. Keeping your files complete and your listing accurate is the best way to make sure that never happens.
