Description
This PowerPoint is a REVIEW. It does not include my explicit Vowel Team oi and oy Interactive PowerPoints but it does include slides to review the Vowel Teams oi and oi- Representing the /oy/ sound.
It focuses on oi being used at the start and middle of a word to represent /oy/ and oy being used at the end of a word to represent the sound /oy/.
This Interactive PowerPoint is a review. It allows students to read and sort words with the vowel teams oi and oy.
This animated PowerPoint includes:
- A Vowel Team review- reminding students about the vowel teams and what sounds they represent.
- A child friendly Learning Intention.
- Help the cowboy sort the words onto the wanted posters.
- The oi or oy quiz.
- Mixed oi/ oy decodable words.
- Decodable Sentences.

The decodable sentences included could also be used as dictation- where the teacher asks the students to write a sentence one word at a time, to assess learning to see if students are applying this spelling rule.
