Fold and Cut | Scissor Skills Craft | Fine Motor Activity
Overview
Description
This is a great Scissor Skills craft for your Kindergarten and 1st Grade classroom! Multiple fine motor skills are in practice here as your students fold carefully on the line and cut out a range of fun shapes, including a starfish, butterfly and pirate hat!
This is a great chance for students to practice cutting internal lines, the final 'stage' in the scissor skills process. Students will be absolutely delighted to unfold their paper to find a fully formed picture for them to decorate and display!
WHAT'S INCLUDED
✅️ 9 fun fold-and-cut images, arranged in order of difficulty
✅️ A set of instructions for use
HOW TO USE
⭐️ Students fold carefully along the dotted line then cut along the solid line.
⭐️ When students unfold their paper they will have a complete picture that they can decorate as they please!
⭐️ Some designs include internal lines along the fold which will create an additional pattern inside the picture. Students can also create their own patterns by cutting along the fold
⭐️ Designs have been organised by difficulty, so there's something for everyone no matter their scissor skills!
