Letter Recognition Worksheets - I Spy
Overview
Description
These alphabet worksheets allow students to show their letter recognition skills. Children search the letters on each page and identify the focus lower and uppercase letter. They count and record the number of times they find it. Choose the file with your state font!
This task helps to develop letter recognition in a format that your students will find fun and engaging! Use this resource before you begin teaching to assess prior knowledge, as a literacy small group or 'Fast Finisher' task to practise and consolidate skills, or to determine understanding after teaching as an 'Exit Ticket' style assessment.
These print & go worksheets are large enough to be printed 2 to a page if you'd like to save paper. Use them as digital activities using the draw or highlight function on your students' devices.
