Description

This resource is a freebie sampler of my 140+ 2-piece CVC word puzzle resource that will enable your students to make connections between pictures and words by using their decoding skills. There are 2x file options included in this set – South Australian font and a generic neat font. The files have been organised into word families so you can easily find the puzzles your learners’ need. Simply print on card stock and cut into puzzle pieces ready for your students to solve. Alternatively, print several pages to a page and issue as a cut-and-paste activity. A list of the included words/word families are as follows:

-at words: mat, hat, pat, bat, sat, rat, cat, fat

-ap words: sap, zap, tap, cap, gap, lap, map, nap
