Description
This resource contains 55 This or That flashcards that will help your students to discriminate differing beginning digraph sounds (ch, sh and th). The aim of this activity is to choose the correct beginning sound that matches the picture – the digraphs only differ by one letter, therefore students need to use their decoding and phonemic awareness skills to choose the correct words. Students can use pegs, counters or markers to select the correct word, making this a fun, hands-on activity.
All Australian beginner fonts have been included in this resource, as well as a generic neat font.
