Calming Strategies and Mindfulness - Sometimes we need to prompt our students to calm down with Calming Strategies and Mindfulness activities. This is an easy prep set of posters and will add to your classroom management toolbox.

  • Colour and black and white versions - the b/w version can be copied onto coloured card

As the teacher, you decide which cards to use, I limit to five initially and then introduce other calming down strategies.
