This game will add lots of fun to consolidating CVC Words with short vowels. There are six boards:

Boards 1-3: CVC Only

Board 4: Double Terminal Digraphs/Single Phonemes ff ll ss

Board 5: Digraphs/Single Phonemes ch sh th

Board 6: Terminal Digraphs ck ng

The skill sequence is cumulative and designed to target phonemic development for those students with phonic skill deficits, particularly dyslexia. There is a strategic element to the game that suits the older student who is still at this stage. It's so much better than a worksheet. It has the advantage of a game that maintains high engagement levels. Each board can be played over and over because it is never the same due to the throw of the die.

The games will suit students of all abilities as it will enhance individual fluency rates.

All 300 Flash Cards are included and can be used for small group work or display.
