- Lesson Seven: Project continuation - In this lesson students learn about and explore the 'Create' step of the Engineering Design Process (students begin creating their digital system model)
- Lesson Eight: Project continuation - In this lesson students continue creating their models. They also learn about and explore the 'Experiment' and 'Improve' steps of the Engineering Design Process
- Lesson Nine: Project continuation - In this lesson students create and practise their role play scenario including their model of a digital system
- Lesson Ten: Project continuation - In this lesson students present their role plays
Lesson Length
- Each of the lessons is designed to run for approximately 50 minutes, however, if you have more time, you can extend them over a longer period. There are 10 lessons which are designed to last a term (one per week). However, if you use this during an 11 or 12 week term, you can extend more in-depth lessons over 2 weeks (Lesson 5 would be great to do this with as there is quite a lot of content) or you can extend the number of weeks students have to complete and present their projects (lessons 6-10).
