Overview

Description

Helping our students understand the relationship between their emotions and feelings in their body is so important. Being able to recognise, label and describe emotions and bodily feelings is also an important skill for emotional awareness and regulation.

These posters can help your students to understand their emotions and the body feelings that come with them - especially those that are similar such as butterflies in your tummy when you are feeling anxious or excited.

This pack contains 6 posters

I am feeling:

  • Angry, frustrated, irritated- and body feelings
  • Worried, anxious, stressed- and body feelings
  • Negative, restless, scared- and body feelings
  • Sad, tired, bored- and body feelings
  • Happy, excited, positive- and body feeling

1 poster with all emotions (without body feelings)

1 mini desk prompt page (3 per page) - great for those students who need a visual reminder or a way to communicate their emotions with their teacher.
