Description
This is a "Daily Behaviour Chart" designed for tracking and assessing a student's behaviour across different subjects or time slots. The chart has a clean, simple layout with a white background and black text.
At the top, there are fields for "Name:" and "Class:" to personalise the chart.
The main body of the chart is structured as a table with three columns:
- Subject: This column is for listing different subjects, activities, or periods throughout the day. There are eleven rows provided for entries.
- How did I do: This column provides three distinct emoji options for self-assessment or teacher assessment of behaviour for each subject:
- A smiling face (happy/good)
- A neutral face (okay/average)
- A frowning face (sad/needs improvement). Each row for a subject has these three emojis, allowing for a quick visual indication of behaviour.
- Comments: This column is for writing down specific notes, observations, or feedback related to the behaviour in each subject.
The chart features a light pink mushroom illustration in the top right corner and a small, smiling yellow star illustration in the bottom left corner, adding a friendly and child-oriented aesthetic. The overall style is simple and functional, making it easy to use for daily tracking.
