BOSSY r says "er" GAME - 10 Boards and 60 Illustrated Cards - Designed for DIFFERENTIATION
Overview
Description
This game caters for all ability levels when you are teaching the "er" sound that is made by the letter patterns ear, er, ir, or and ur. The 'Bossy r' makes exceptions of the usual phonic rules but this game will add fun and motivation whether you use it for intervention, consolidation or review.
There are ten boards, making it suitable for small group work or it can be played by a whole class in groups with players responsible for a row or a column. The sixty illustrated cards provide scaffolding for those students who need this level of support and will ensure students of all abilities develop at their own individual fluency rates the more they play.
