How do my students use this resource?

Clear simple instructions are provided on the first slide where students read that they must use their knowledge of figurative language to help the witch concoct her potion. Your students will read the text snipper on the page. Your students must then identify the figurative language device used and click on the correct potion bottle. If correct students progress through the resource to the next slide. If incorrect the game has students have another try at answering the question. Students will land on a page that will show them whether their answer was correct or incorrect. Feedback pages are animated with sound effects to further motivate students to continue with the task.
