It consists of 15 detailed transition ideas focusing on areas such as counting, fine motor (threading, cutting, pasting, folding, tracing, playdough), emotions, measurement, sharing, taking turns, retelling, name writing, colours, connections to favourite toys but all of these ideas can be used throughout the first few weeks of the school year too!
