How to play the game?

You students simply use the game mats and a dice to roll. Minimal prep makes this game a perfect addition to your classroom. Students roll the dice and then select a word from that column to read aloud and cover. If correct they place a counter. Winner is the first person to cover their mat or first player to win a row. You can adjust the rules to suit student needs.

I like to print the cards and laminate so they can be used over and over for years to come. If you are looking for a more sustainable classroom option than laminating then print on thicker gsm paper and then use a plastic sleeve over the top. Or instead of marking with a whiteboard marker have students cover words with counters.

This is a great time saving resource with little prep! It is also a great resource for a CRT casual teacher who wants to consolidate sight words in a fun way.
