2D Shapes Posters | Classroom Decor | Numeracy Displays

By Pevan & Sarah

Learning about 2D Shapes in your classroom? Complement your lessons and decorate your classroom with these colourful 2D Shapes display posters!

It's always helpful to have anchor charts displayed around the classroom when you're starting a new topic. These posters cover some of the most common 2D shapes, their names and their properties (edges and corners), so your students will always have a quick and easy reference. Plus, they feature the beloved Pevan & Sarah characters on each one!

This resource includes:

  • a full colour page overview of 10 common 2D shapes
  • separate full colour pages featuring a square, circle, triangle, oval, rectangle, heart, rhombus, star and hexagon

Print them in A3 or A4 for display in your classroom - or why not print 2 or 4 to a page to use them for maths games? You could play Memory, Snap, Go Fish or any number of other card-based games to help students learn about 2D shapes.

This resource pairs perfectly with Pevan & Sarah's Get Your Finger Out 2D shapes and 3D objects video series. Sign up to Cub Club to access the videos, along with this resource and hundreds of other educational videos, songs and printables, made for teachers, by teachers.
