Celebrate Easter AND practice skip counting with this super fun number strip puzzle printable!


There are loads of differentiated options for your students within this download:

  • Counting by 1s up to 30
  • Counting by 2s up to 40
  • Counting by 5s up to 100
  • Counting by 10s up to 200
  • Blank - for you or your students to write a custom skip counting pattern!

Each option has three different Easter pictures to colour in, so your students will be able to complete a few of these without getting bored!


You can use these puzzles in a variety of ways in your classroom...

  • Students could colour in the Easter-themed picture then cut out the strips and mix them up. Then on a piece of coloured cardboard, they glue the picture strips back together again, making sure their skip counting pattern matches up.
  • Or why not make this a partner activity, where students colour and cut their puzzles then swap with a friend to put their mystery picture together?
  • You could also use a slicer to pre-cut the strips, with student colouring in their picture once they've glued the strips in the right order.
