This is a game my students choose to play regularly. It has a strategy element that is highly engaging, moving a disc to win but blocking their opponent as well.

Each game needs two players with each player having three counters of the same colour. It would be a good addition to a maths centre or use multiple copies for consolidation for a whole-class activity. The more it is played, the more fluent the tables become, so much better than a worksheet.
