These Addition Mats and Cards are a perfect addition - pun intended ;) - to your Maths lessons, Numeracy centres, morning work and more!
WHAT'S INCLUDED

✅️ 48 addition cards, differentiated with equations up to 20+ (colour & b&w)

HOW TO USE
⭐️ Students can use these addition mats with manipulatives such as counters or blocks to help visualise addition equations. They simply pick a card, put the counters into each section on the mat, and count their total answer. If you laminate the cards, students can use whiteboard markers to write the answer in the box and then wipe away when they're finished. This resource is designed to be used again and again throughout the year!
⭐️ There are missing number addition cards available in this resource too - FANTASTIC for making connections between addition and subtraction, using counting on strategies and more.
⭐️ Why not turn this into a game? Students play against each other with their own Addition mats to see how many cards they can answer correctly within a given time limit. Because the cards are differentiated, students can even play against friends of different abilities - just provide students with cards that match their level.
